Now for the XBOX ?. Cash last week when I had trouble with my XBOX and you told me to look at the HDD and gave some descriptions and when I told you, you said that XBOX had 2 HDD's one was a Thompson the other was a Phillips and it ended up being the Thompson which you replied you got the bad HDD. Well this morning I went to get on line tp play ESPN NBA 2K5 and the HDD would not read the disk, it would just keep blinking and blinking so having to watch that I decided to go out and get a new onw "AGAIN" which is begining to really getting me . So now that I got a new one and I have looked at the HDD it's definitely not a Thompson or a Phillips I can only describe it so this is what I see. Their is a long oval hole in the middle and on each side their is a little circle. Cash can or anybody tell me what kinda of HDD do I have now. Sorry for the political stuff Cash, it did not belong I was just voicing an opinion. Anyway what the Hell kind of HDD do I have now. Can anybody please tell me. :headscrat

did you purchase it in Korea, cause that might explain it....LOL!

The two holes on either side is a samsung thats the best drive.

i find it hard to beleive that you keep having such problems...is it possibly to do with the way you manage your xbox....like do you have it chipped...not saying you do but you may...are you using an incorrect power supply?...it just seems that this keeps happening...but youve got yourself a samsung like cash says...maybe its the disk...i highly doubt it can be the drive as it is the best out there...

Titan the disk is not chipped. But do have to tell and everybody else one thing. When I joined madden and got help with "04" whenit would not take me to my 5th SB, and then had to get "05" was knida a bummer. Well here is the thing that I had problems with did disk readers that were out of wack so I just returned them and got a new one. After having 2 XBOX's go bad on me I started to get a small temper leading me to an inraged state. As childish as it was the 3rd XBOX did not go bad I lost my temper and completely destoryed it and beleive me I have never been so ashamed of myself because I would lose to a computer. I have owned 5 XBOX's 2 I have destroyed and the 2 of them could not the the disk it would always say your disk is dirty or damaged. Which brings to the new one I have now. My temper is pretty much gone now because I finally realized you csnnot win all of the time and I have now learned to accept it nobody is perfect. I would not blame Cash if he kicked me off the board I hope it does not happen but thats up to Cash. Everybody on the board has been a real and I very much appreciate. I have learned my lesson but it came with a big lose.

By "destroying" them, do you mean they stopped working...or like, you got frustrated and took a baseball bat to them?

I'm not trying to doubt you, but I have a hard time believing all these machines are just going bad...sure, it has glitches and problems occasionally with some games, but if you misuse it and abuse it it's not going to work. I don't even like to set my xbox on the floor, just out of fear that someone will step on it or something.

And I'm not sure why Cash would ban you just for asking for help, but maybe I'm missing something.

Cash why do you kepp saying No I don't. For your XBOX answer, I have only destroyed 2 not 4, 2. The other other one reading eye's were out of line. I also admitted that I was ashamed of acting like I did and I also said My temper is pretty much in check. Once I started losing I kinda started calming realizing I was not going to win all the time and for all the times I got angry their must have been 30 holes in my wall alone. When I said I was ashamed at the way I acted I mean't it. What I did came at a big lose and I have paid big time for it. When I feell like I'm going to get angry at something I just turn off the game and chill for awhile. Their are better things to do than sit and play games all the time. Slapping a game console around like a red-headed step child is a little exterme Cash the XBOXs were not in pieces I just kicked them a couple of times and then the eye would be so out of wack it would blink green and red. God forbid if di what I did to a person what I did to this machine I would be in jail for life. But I am cool Cash. I found that asking for help is better than desrtoying something for no reason. Actually I play another game called Top Spin and NCCA Football and NBA 2K5, and a couple of others but I still play Madden a heel of alot and if you were to look at my record which is 4-12 but I don't know how I got ranked at 55. Anyway Cash, Titan if I do have a problem I will ask you guy's and don't worry I'm not going to destroy anymore XBs because that s--t is starting to cost alot of $$$$$. I will be playing in a small tournament today. I have come in second the lst 2 times, but it really sucks because you only have 2 minutes a quarter. The first time I lost was because the guy I played was used to Playstation and for me XB. Well a quarter had to be flipped and of course I lost but it's fun. Ok Pmoney first I do not drink, and my anger is under control so it's cool. As for the tournament it was a very small one that EB Games had and their was only about 20 people. I not even close to beng in a huge tournament I would lose in the first round. The reason I got angry was because I seemed to only person the country that would have a bad XB. Mafia movies and stuff in that nature does not bother me. I understand where your coming from but I'm cool and when I do get angry I just turn the game off and go cool off and come back.

My first XBOX messed up on me. What I did was clean the dust out of it. I later found out that the eye was to dirty to clean. I got someone to clean the eye then I sold it. I have never had a problem since, so maybe u need to dust more. Maybe u should get the cleaning disk that goes to the xbox. It works perfect for me.

Thanks Dlove I will do that. I will clean the and since I am modifying the Xbox I will clean the eye as well. thanks for the tip.
