Fantasy Franchise Problem
For some reason when I use the fantasy draft feature while playing in franchise mode I can't sim past the first week of the pre-season. There will always be 1 or 2 games that I'm unable to play. I'll try to sim the game/s creating the problem and the "Simulating..." box will come up in the lower left corner of my screen for a few seconds and then stop itself leaving the game unplayed. When I choose the option to play the game I'll click on "Play This Game" and it just goes back to the NFL schedule screen. I'm not sure what's causing this but the game does this anytime I start a fantasy franchise but is fine if I start a regular franchise.

I've tried different game discs and can't think of anything else that would be causing this problem. If anyone knows what's causing this and/or the solution to this problem it'd be appreciated. Thanks!

I stated in my original post that I not only tried to sim it but I also tried to play the game. I can sim the first week of the pre-season in normal franchise mode just fine so I don't know why this would be the problem. Thanks for the idea though...

All I can say is don't do the fantasy challenge. Or start over and see if that works.

I feel very funny helping a Bears fan out here... So lets just hurry through this.


Make sure on those games that you can't sim that the breakdown for each team is met. More often than not that's the problem... Someone got hurt or placed on IM and now they don't have enough people in a certain position or roster to play the game.
