Free Agency (when signed)
This is the way Free agency will work from now on....
Once the player with the longest standing offer gets to be at 96 hours..
all players with 48 hours or more on thier bids will be locked....
So if you are a team with a lot of Cap room you should get on and bid on the top tier players as often as you can so that you don't get stuck with a crappy starter. (because the next best guy was signed)

This wont start officially till after I decide if I'm firing the Browns owner for inactivity (still hasn't made a bid in Free agency and I never see him on AIM)
And whether I figure out if the Bears will have an owner....
Because I have to make bids on FA's for the CPU teams..
