Be Advised... If a player holds out your only options are

1) Resign for same years more money

2) Trade

3) Release (be advised this does not mean you lose the player.. it means you bid on him in free agency you would get a 20% bonus and therefore this is only setting his value properly for a resign to your team!!!

4) He sits and holds out

Try not to have 25 million cap hit next year and itll be alot easier to sign players. Just becareful when you trade people. Make sure your not taking such a huge cap hit
