Making offers to peoples RFA's or franchise players
At this point people can give me there intent to offer to someone else's RFA or franchise player.
Every owner should post who they will be making an offer to or none if none..
Don't actually post the offers.. just players you will be making an offer to..

if you want to make an offer to a franchise player on another team please tell me asap.. NOTICE YOU MUST GIVE TWO first round picks to sign the player and the pick you give this year must be equal or above the pick you would have had originally
