Danger of over 10 picks...
You can have over 10 picks... but if you do the extra picks get picked by another team in the game and released to FA (to be resigned by your team).. the danger in that is sometimes the game just makes them disapear... (guess they suck so much they retire)

The simple solution is if you have over 10 picks to trade the lower ones up for a higher round pick...
