I am updated the caps for all teams as well as regressing old players who lost some skills and any players that were not progressed after the playoffs..
NOTE: This is before Franchise tags are applied and RFA's are offered $$!!

frig.....no pregrassion and 7 regressions. Even WR Terrence Murphy went down a point (OVR) after putting up 1137 and 5 TDs in his rookie year. I dunno.

I got pretty lucky, not too many regressions...but if you don't make the playoffs, expect your players to regress...
