"Welcome to the Steelers press conference I would like to introduce our new owner taking over for the Rooney's, although young in age the players and I feel that he is leading this team in the right direction. Clint Martin is currently a sophomore in high school but he has shown great owner skills by the way of franchise on the game of Madden. Lets give him a good hand." Bill Cowher steps down from the podium.
(a few claps go off with reluctance)
"Hello all, first of all I would like to thank Mr. Cowher for introducing me to the franchise and you the media, it feels great to be in Pittsburgh this being my first time here, but, down to the football part. I feel we have THE best offensive line in the league, especially with the addition of Chris Naeole at right guard. We're looking to build an offensive juggernaut here and I will be taking any questions with pleasure, thank you."
(Media is stunned with such a short introduction to a new era of the franchise)

Is there any concern about your Corners being able to keep up with some of the premier receivers in the game?

This is quite honestly the funniest press conference yet.
My questions, how do you feel rookie Santonio Holes is gonna do?

For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
Why was there rumors going around about trading Polamalu? Is his welcome time in Pittsburgh running short.

No his welcome time is not running short we were just merely to fill some holes in the offense that we're done without the trading of him.
And yes those rumors were true about trading about Polamalu, there were heavily discussed trade offers that when we came out and thought about them they were not enough to satisfy this franchise's needs.

Surprised that this question wasnt asked yet...
Mr.Martin, what are your goals with the Steelers for this season? How strong do you personally see the AFC North?

I have nothing but good memories of playing for the Bills. It's something I cherish. When I was playing for the Pats, I'd wear a Bills T-shirt under my uniform. Someone came up to me one day and said, 'Fred, no matter what you wear on the outside, you,ll always be a Buffalo Bill on the inside.'
My goals as is everyone else's is to be the Super Bowl winners, but realistically, we believe this team has the skill to go 10-6 in the regular season and get into the wild card we will have to see how it goes from there.
As for your second question it seems teams get stronger in this division trading for superstars and not giving really anything else in return. So it seems to get more difficult as this off-season has gone on.

What was the thinking behind trading arguably the best DT in the league?

Hmmm that is a very good question, our thinking though behind this was that we could make our dominant line even more dominant with Chris Naeole and fill in some holes in our team with the picks we got, plus, we got a more than normal player in Grady Jackson.
