Fact, Colston is still questionable, and if he plays, it wont be a huge impact I wouldnt have thought. The 9ers pass D isnt brilliant, so I think he could find some open areas and some long gains. Im gonna say 7 grabs, 103 yards.

Well thats a fact. Sometimes shows glimpses of being a good QB, other times, just plain sucks. Its easy to say shoulda woulda coulda, but Drew Brees being in CHI could have = SB champs.

They need to do something about him, or get another guy in. The team legitimately could win the SB this year...But in order to do so, he doesnt even have to play well...Only not BADLY. Which he is doing right now.

Fiction. They arent winning them all. They can take Raiders and Steelers, despite Raiders possibly being an upset, it means too much to Cinci for them to lose. They then HAVE to beat the Broncos, that is the game they must win. If they do, they should be able to get the WC.

fiction- even if plummer was and is going to do better then cutler will this year, cutler is the broncos future.

Well that is fact and fiction...

It is fact that players should be suspended for spitting on other players...

But it is fiction that TO should be suspended since

The Broncos' Bill Romanowski once spit on the 49ers' J.J. Stokes.

The Vikings' Corey Fuller spit on the Bucs' Trent Dilfer.

The Bucs' Hardy Nickerson spit on the Panthers' William Floyd.

Sean Taylor spit on Michael Pittman.

And I think the worse punishment by the NFL for those incidences was fine(s). Pac Man Jones spit on some woman.. he was suspended but it was by his team.. And Lendale white spit on a teammate in practice he sat for a PRE SEASON game. But once again it was his team that 'suspended' him.

So while I think players should be suspended for spitting on other players.. It would be discrimination for the league to suspend Owens after setting a presedence of not suspended anyone else. A suspension would be appealed and If an arbitrator held it up he would be dismissed by the NFLPA.

And you can say Owens has a history of things.. and my reply would be "and Romonowski didn't?".

Im gonna say fact there. But its a much more open contest in the NFC. Rex could mess it up for the Bears...NO could stop playing above their means...Dallas may make it, but they just got owned by NO...Giants are far too inconsistent but can turn it on with Tiki, Eli and Plax...Seattle are still a decent team, but are pulling off loses to teams like ARZ...

I think he will be the answer. Not by himself, but the young team, has a young guy leading it on O now. Having Mawae as the Vet helps at C a lot..

Young seems to know how to win games, he isnt overly running, but doing it when he needs to.

Sophmore season is make or break. Great rookie year thus far...You can majorly progress at QB, or regress.

The team needs a better Dline, especially at DE (KVB is good, but someone other than LaBoy). Other than that, I think it just needs to age slightly to make a genuine push for the playoffs. And he should hopefully be leading it.

Hell, add one of those games we lost by 3 points or less (3 or so of them) as a W early in the season, and right now, the Titans are very much in the playoff hunt this season...Thanks to the D making plays when needed, but mainly Vince Young leading the charge...Had he started the season opener, it may have been different.

Fact: Two of the best defenses in the league and they will play up to the level needed to get the byes. Ray Lewis and Shawn Merriman know how to take care of buisness.

Fact, correct me if Im wrong but they got 2 first rounders outta the trade? Sure, they lose merch sales, but I think the Iverson 6ers tops have been milked almost dry. He is getting on, whilst my favourite NBA player, age is something you cant control. The 6ers stand ridiculously low in the standings, going nowhere this season, time to admit they need to rebuild...2 first rounders doesnt half help.

All in all, good trade, despite getting rid of one of the best players in the NBA.

I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about (took a few minutes of research to get a general idea), but if he was aware of the laws as I have a feeling he was then I say fact. As for what should it be...perhaps making him do the "punishment"/"carry out the law"..I'm not sure.

Fiction...given just how resourceful the Patriots always seem to be when it comes to the playoffs I think they will lose a VERY close one at San Diego. I can see them trying to confuse Rivers and LT and the defense win the game for the Chargers.

I just don't see Green Bay winning the division. I wouldnt be surprised to see 3 teams from the NFC East again in the playoffs.

1) uhh? I don't watch NCAA, but more than likely, no since most NCAA coaches fail in NFL...

The reason I say fiction is Gibbs worked here in Atlanta on a soft schedule. He didn't want the full time responsibilities of full time assistant. I could see them bringing him in to do the same kind of work he did here in Atlanta but not in the OC position.

I think it has a good shot at being a fact. With the Falcons getting DC Mike Zimmer to assume the same position here in Atlanta it might show signs that Parcells has already told his staff that he is leaving. Then again, it could just be that I am looking too much into it.

Parcells seemed burnt out to me towards the end of the year. I think he has built the Cowboys up to be a contender for many years to come and would welcome the challenge of taking over the Giants and molding the team for another coach.

Fiction.. Favre should retire.. But if he does come back.. it shoudl be to the Packers, players going and playing for other teams at the end of thier career sucks.

Just a quick comment on the Zimmer thing.. Zimmer was originally a 4-3 D co-ordinator and had to learn the 3-4.. Dallas had the worse defense in the league the last 4 weeks of the season. I think Zimmer moving on shows more that Parcells might be back and is looking for a 3-4 co-ordinator. I think if Parcells was going the boys would have retained Zim and moved back to a 4-3. Or maybe even made him the Head coach.

So just for the Record I think Parcells is coming back. I hope they can find a good 3-4 DC though.
