Cowboys and....The Eagles...No wait, Im gonna say the Saints..
I dont see it being anyone in the North (no disrespect to N owners I dont think the teams are good enough there) the Bears have a chance, but I am not at all convinced by their O.
The West will likely send only one team, and Im guessing it will be the Hawks and their O...The South is not that close, the Saints are sick offensively and will definately go far, they are a more realistic choice to make the championship game I think, and will likely walk over a lot of their opponents. After the Panthers got rid of their talent, I really dont see them competing at all this year, though they were a SB contender before that, imo.
So that pretty much leaves the Skins as the only other contender in the NFC, and I dont trust their O myself...
The Saints would out O the Hawks, and the Boys would outplay them, the Redskins O is not good enough for me to back them to beat the Boys, Saints or Eagles...Same goes for the Bears O..
I think the top 5 teams in the NFC are the Boys, Saints, Eagles, Bears and Redskins, in that order. I think the first 3 are very legitimate SB contenders..
Take Your Pick...Scarier team to play, the Saints and their O, or the Redskins and their D?

I'm not willing to answer this question with any team other than one because it looked like you were trying to instigate something making the only viable answer the Panthers because it looks like they're in rebuilding mode.
Browns go to the SB in the next three seasons? (sim league)

Fiction... It's hard to dethrone the top teams with one of the worse teams in the league in only 3 seasons... plus a lot of the owners are a lot more experienced now than they were last time (as I can tell by some of the F/A bids this time around) and that will make it harder for me to bully people with my superior Madden knowledge
BTW was that a take your pick?? don't think it was..
anyway..
which team will finish with the worst record in the AFC North? (SIM season 1)

Ok, good. In my opinion, you're an idiot. Good thing I can't be wrong!

I take it you mean best...Hmmm. Marshawn Lynch. Numbers wise, I think he will put up the best. Though Adrian Peterson is prolly more talented...
Demeco Ryans or someone else (if someone else, who?) to win DROY in our SIM?

I say no Ryans dosnt win it and Im goin with Thomas Howard my linebacker to win it but barely If not him I also like the rookie Tye Hill of the Rams also to win it.
Is there any sort of provision to preven this becoming another Post Whore thread?
I suppose Ill get this started with...Who wins the AFC West? KC, SD or Denver? And why?

The simple fact is that he is a over rated piece of **** that can't cover. He makes bad reads on routes and lacks the ability to recover when he is beaten.
For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
KC isn't up to par with the talent of the other two. Anyone and everyone can run on that Denver team, Travis Henry has injury problems and a possible suspension dilemma, and Jay Cutler hasn't stepped up to play at the level he needs to be playing at for this team to be a contender.
So that leaves SD. They have some incredible talent, it's just a matter of putting it all together. I don't see them as a huge threat because they lack leadership and good coaching, but I don't think LT will let them miss the playoffs.
Better rookie LB...David Harris (53 tackles and 2 sacks in his only 3 starts, 77 tackles and 2 sacks overall) or Patrick Willis (92 tackles, 0.5 sack in his 10 starts)?

My question stands.

Patrick Willis. David Harris couldn't have gotten 53 tackles playing in only three games which means you threw out the 3 starts stat to make him look better but he has probably played in more games. T
his guy (David Harris) probably plays for the sorry no account Jets (judging from your post which is set up to favor him and the fact that you are a Jets fan?) Which means he is on the field all the time because thier offense is never on the field, and teams are running all over them and thier 29th ranked run defense which inflates tackle numbers.
I'm guessing on all this but since you question was obviously loaded in favor of the David guy.. I'm going with the other guy just to spite you. (because of the way you loaded the question )
Which team will have more wins in the Sim League?
The ghetto Browns. Or the Abandoned Raiders.

The ghetto Browns. Or the Abandoned Raiders.
David Harris has only started since Jonathan Vilma went down, which is the last three game. His stats in those 3 games...I kid you not...
Week 9 vs. Buffalo - 17 tackles, 1 sack
Week 10 vs. Washington - 24 tackles
Week 11 vs. Pittsburgh - 11 tackles, 1 sack
TOTAL - 52 tackles, 2 sacks
It's actually 52, I added wrong. But either way, he's sick. He saw limited action before Vilma got hurt, but did not start...in total he has 77 tackles and 2 sacks on the season.
I guess you could consider it "loaded" because Harris' stats when starting are based on a pretty limited stretch of games...but I didn't make anything up or exaggerate anything.
Anyway, to answer your question...
Would have picked the Browns even before the Raiders were abandoned so I'll certainly pick them now. I'd give the Browns the slight edge talent wise, and now a big advantage owner-wise especially considering the Raiders now have no owner.
Who plays in the NCAA Football National Championship Game?
Week 9 vs. Buffalo - 17 tackles, 1 sack
Week 10 vs. Washington - 24 tackles
Week 11 vs. Pittsburgh - 11 tackles, 1 sack
TOTAL - 52 tackles, 2 sacks
Those are tackles including assists... That should be noted.. The NFL should give half tackles just like they give half sacks.. but they don't.
Anyway.. His numbers are still inflated by the fact that the Jets defense is always on the field and other teams are running the ball 30+ times a game which makes for a lot of tackles for LB's.
Anyway.. To answer your question..
LSU vs Kansas. But they need a playoff system. No team should go undefeated and not at least have a chance at the title. (like Hawaii might do).
On your team right now signed to same contract
Terrence Newman or Champ Bailey?

Definitely. The Skins especially ran the crap out of the ball, and the line doesn't stop anyone so they always make it to at least the linebackers. I still think it's impressive though, for a rookie to be making that many stops...plus the 2 sacks in 3 games, not bad for a rookie ILB. And I think the same can be said for Willis about the D always being on the field and teams running the crap out of the ball, which is partially why I asked the question.
As for your question, I don't think I have enough knowledge of the two to answer the question, so I'll leave it for someone else.
Patriots and just to say Newman isn;t much younger the Bailey or if he is younger. Im not sure how old they are btu Newman was 25 when he came into the league
Ricky Williams or Koren Robinson playing on your team?
Yes, they do. Beck should be able to lead them to a win vs. the Jets. If not, they have a few other winnable games (Bengals, and to a lesser extent Ravens/Bills).
Packers or Lions on Thursday?

Lions.....The loss to the giants will spark them abit being they felt they were the better team. Green bay is overconfident, looking forward to Dallas, preparing on a short week (old guys don't like that) and on the road.

No idea what happened with the take your pick so I'm going to continue with Shorts question ...
I think Cutler is going to be the best of the group. I felt that way prior to the draft and I still feel that's true today. I think he's a true gunslinger and he has done a good job in his 1st full season. He only has 15 games under his belt ...
In the end I think all 3 are going to be great QB's for years to come in this league but I think cutler may have the better career
Take Your Pick
Ends with the best career
Ben R. --- Philip Rivers --- Eli Manning
???

I think I will go the safe route and go with Big Ben. He has recovered from last season and seems to already be one heck of a QB. Rivers will have a good career, but it'll take some time and Manning although good is in a city with mammoth expectations for their QBs. Despite his talent, it is questionable how long he'll be able to survive.
For to get their first win as a starter: Croyle, Beck, Russell?

I don't think Jamarcus gets a win this season, he has quite a gauntlet to run at the end of the season - Broncos, Packers, Colts, Jags, Chargers.
Beck still has the Jets, Buffalo, and Cincy on the schedule, all possible wins...but that team is so horrible, 0-16 honestly wouldn't surprise me.
Croyle on the other hand played well in his debut and has a solid defense to work with. He has a good shot at winning this weekend against the Raiders.
