I know with the draft this takes a minor role in most people's minds about sporting events this weekend.
But what a game.
Chelsea were absolutely dominant, deserving of the victory, and have really asked questions of Man U. I am very confident if we make it to the Final we can beat them, very confident indeed. I always have believed, and continue to, that Cole plays Ronaldo perfectly, and that as Ronaldo basically is Man U, we can beat them.
We were dominant, and not just that, dominant in style. We played attractive football, while Man U looked plain and average.
Rooney's finish was nice, though.
At least now, if we win our remaining games, we will lose the title on GD, with a team that only has 3 players playing 20 PL games, thats not a bad achievement at all.
Gives us great confidence going in to Wednesday too.

Wow, I agree what a game. My head was in my hands during the pen, even though I was sure Ballack was gonna nail it lol. I really think that we still have a chance in the title now, Utd are beginning to slip, and I think that they may end up drawing in one of their remaning games (wish they had harder opponents though :/). I am a bit worried thought that we may not take 3 points against Newcastle on Monday, they've been really strong since that first win under Keegan they had (I don't think they've lost more than 1 game since then..)
Did you see the bust up afterwards? Apparently a few Sky camera's caught it, but I only read about it in the papers. Lol about Ferdinand as well, if you've broken your foot what the hell are you doing kicking a wall?
Yeah Ive seen it, humiliating for Man U, cos they claimed racism on Evra, and have since backed down. Humiliating enough for SAF and Ronaldo to pull out of the awards dinner...
Yeah, it was intense on the pen, but I had confidence in Ballack, I dont think there is a better person in the world to take a penalty, can you think of any? I personally cant.
Newcastle just drew with West Ham...I dont think they pose a big threat, without meaning to tempt fate. They pose as much threat to us as WH do to Man U...The difference being balanced out by momentums...If we lose, it will be our fault, not Newcastle good play, if you ask me. Just purely for the difference in class. I mean, it could happen, no doubt. But it would be our own fault..
Did you watch the full game?

I think some of their excuses they've used are a bit lame, like I said though, I didn't see the actual thing, I only saw the pictures in the papers the next day.
There would be no guy better qualifyed than Ballack on the team to take that Pen, and I'm glad he did too, cause Germans never seem to miss Pens, if we had Lampard taking it, it might be another story
Yeah I watched the whole thing (there were a few minutes that I was flicking back and forth between the F1 qualifying and the game, but I saw everything worth seeing.
Well Im talking about in the world actually, I honestly cant think of anyone better suited.
I read today that Evra is claiming the groundsman, who is black himself, said "****ing immigrant"...And the groundsman is saying he said "****ing idiot"...
