TheKid: Thank you, its a blessing to be here. I hope the fans aren't unhappy we are doing this on a forum or chat room, whatever this is.
REP: Yes, you're lame, booo, booo! haha, no, it is fine, they know you have a lot of work to do, and if there is one thing the Raider fans want, its to WIN!! Not chat to GMs! So, give us some news on the future of our beloved team and if you don't mind could you stay a bit and answer some questions from our online audience?

First off, let me say that this Raider team is rich with history that every Oakland fan should be proud of. I plan on bringing some of that old school Raider pride back. With a positive attitude, hard work and smart football, this team can do great things, so that's what I am going to bring to Oakland.
As for the off-season moves, former GM HolyJabroni is clearly either a mad scientist or just much smarter than I. Nonetheless, I am going to try to make sense of our roster and figure out how to best make use of the talent.
Briefly, Drew Bledsoe is a quick solution to this club's QB concerns. I like the move. His experience will be a must for us in the field given our receiver corps has not yet blossomed. We anticipate a solid possession offense with the ability to go deep and keep the safeties honest. I would most certainly be more comfortable if we had a bit more depth to back him up.
Looking forward to having Crockett at fullback. With his speed and three tight-ends who can outrun most linebackers in the league you can expect us to throw it all over the place.
Our half-back situation is interesting and subject to change. As is our defensive backfield. Talk about young talent. Defensive backs galore with enough speed to attract Stock Car fans. Young, yes, but their potential as a group is exciting.
As stated earlier, our wide receivers will be complimented by the experience of Bledsoe which will allow us to compete with anyone in the league.
Contrary to some of the predictions, I am happy with our offensive line. They provide solid blocking across the board with good strength, with the exception of the center position.
Our defensive line is in need of some improvement. The possibility of a 3-4 or balanced defense is being tossed around, but will not be seriously considered unles we can make some moves to improve our linebacking corps. Perhaps balanced will be our calling .. or our curse.
It looks like Burgess at Left End and Brayton at Right End. I am not sure how comfortable I am with the left side of our defense against the run, given Burgess isnt that strong and Bing needs experience before he can begin reading plays fast enough at this level. His raw talent, on the other hand, begs you to put him on the field.
Our safeties are big and fast. They will get the job done and make up for the inexperience of our defensive backs who should see improvement after a few games. The idea of going with a Cover 2 defense is a possibility for the early part of the season if we decide to improve the defensive tackle position a bit as opposed to the linebacking corps.
All in all, I am very excited to be in Oakland and have the opportunity to work with such a talented group of young, and some not so young, men.
