Thanks for being here!

I hope that we all are ready for a good year of Minnesota Vikings football...That is certainly what we are trying to accomplish this season..Our goal here in Minnesota is to be the best..Anything short of that is not going to be good enough..

I am very excited about my staff this year...Coach Mularky and Juron are also very excited about this season...We feel like we have a very good football team and we are very excited to get these guys going...We have done some evaluating of talent and we have some very talented players here in Minnesota...I feel we have enough talent to be the best..Now it is our jobs as coaches to get these players in the right system so that they are able to just go out and play the best football they can....We have a lot of work to do before the season starts but like I said before...We are very excited to start working with the talent we have here, and that is on both sides of the ball...I feel we are going to be very good on offense, but our goal is to improve the defense and get them playing at a level high enough to get us to the post season.....We just have to be better and I think we can accomplish that this year....

does this team believe that with the Rookies sign, they have a shot at the Division?

How happy as a franchise are you that Ahman green is no longer in the division? Do you think that gives you a chance to overtake the Pack and be the division winner now that the leading rusher for the past few years is now with the Colts?

Well...I do think that the rookies that we aquired in this years draft we will make us better..I don't think that they will be the sole reason for this teams success...There is a lot of good veterean talent on this team and they are going to be the ones to take the team where we need to go...No doubt about it though...we got some very good rookie talent this year..and every one of them are going to contribute in some way, shape, or form...

With that being said..I think this team has a very legitamite chance of winning the division this year...that is one of our biggest goals...but I think that we would have had a good chance either way...rookies or no rookies..

Ha ha..Ahman is a special running back....he is a great runner and he definitely makes a difference in a ball game...he will change the way a defense plays...I think it is always a good challenge to have to play against a running back like Ahman, but you know....not having him is going to make a difference....At the same time I do believe that Green Bay and thier staff will have things ready for us and I believe that the staff over there will give us all we want regardless of who is lining up behind the o-line....They have a great team and it will be a battle to get to the top......
