I think its kinda cool seeing some people have the actual coach of a team hold press conferences, while others have themselves as the coach. In one post, Mike Martz is answering questions about the Rams, in another, The Billster is answering questions for the Giants. Me, I like to think of myself as coach.

A GM is not making game tactics and so on. That is the coaches job.
Our role is a mix of both i would say. A mixture of a GM and of a coach.

I have nothing but good memories of playing for the Bills. It's something I cherish. When I was playing for the Pats, I'd wear a Bills T-shirt under my uniform. Someone came up to me one day and said, 'Fred, no matter what you wear on the outside, you,ll always be a Buffalo Bill on the inside.'
I believe no GM ever said how much his team should run the ball and pass and blitz and so on
And no GM ever did the depth charth of his team and so on
But enough of this, i still believe Madden is still more of a coaching game than a classic GM...
