Week 5 Progressions
Post your comments here...
I was quite happy with my progressions. A good chunk of my offense went up. Would have liked OG Kelvin Garmon to progress but he's got time. A number of defensive guys went up. My front seven got a little better (once again wanted DT Jamal Williams to progress). Novak and Basler also progressed...I was quite pleased to see their play translating into progression.
The biggest thing...the only regressions suffered were in general backups who likely won't be around next season. The rest were still backups but guys I would like to keep for a couple years.
So overall...very happy and hope that will translate into further success.

For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.

In someways I am really happy with them: Dillon +9 awr!, Bulger +3awr and +2acc..
In others...neither of my DT's went up (even though Gabe has 6 sacks) and all my safties went down...in tackling of all things.

Well I didnt get any Regression which Im pleased about, and Er James went up 1, so did my first 3 CBs, giving me 3 90+ CBs which is awesome...And my kicker went up.
None of my offense went up bar my FB which is a little annoying, although it hasnt been fantastic so Im not that majorly bummed about it.
Glad with what I got..

Iam very happy about my teams progression. The game is smart enough to see that this team is good and is having a good performing season, yet only unlucky in two games and let me have a pretty nice progression. WR Evans, TE Smith and RB Summers progressed nicely. This is a recogniction of the solid yardage the team is producing every game.
The defense got progression for DE Barton, a former LB, who is increcibly active this year for a DE with 17 tackles and 4 sacks so far in 4 games. My entire D-line is surprising me in my games, they get lots of tackles. I also got decent progs for my CBs which i expected and for my Kicker, who was formerly a punter but is 12 of 12 attempts this season.
I had decent progression and not one single regression, this is a sign of a good season BASED on the stats, and not on the luck of this team...

i still cant be believe how low the game made Reggie bush awareness be. Its like he was a top 5 projected player with high 50 awr. I truly believe thats a major part of his lack of production. I can deal for some part with the 80 break tackle as he isnt a big back but the awareness is way too low. Not sure how my scouts over looked that. As far as progressions go, his progressions were negated by an already low awareness. I wish i could have had some help with break tackles. Overall my progressions were nothing special. AT least i didnt have any major drops. Its nice to see I Taylor is starting to develop into the player we hope he could be.

I only had a hand full of progressions for the whole team...Tim Rattay was actually the biggest progression. My defense that gives up 400+ yards a game had no one go up, only a few that went down a little.

What was his interview? When it was listed what was it listed as? I thought it was listed as 'Bad'?

I think you will benefit from the still pretty low awareness of Bush, he has still huge upside and will get better and better... Some guys drafted have already awareness almost at 80 and wont improve much during their career. Bush will be one of the best RBs at the end of this season and you should have the running game you are seeking for in the next season.

I see what you are saying Billster...Low AWR is a blessing in disguise...Its the easiest to improve Imo..Hes got the natural ability so all he needs is the AWR...
