Kickoff Specialist... Members *Should* Read.
Ok... Sitting here filling my belly with good old fashioned bacon cheese burger when Cash says something about punters are normally better at kickoff specialty than kickers.
Long story short... We find out that for kick off specialists you want to have a strong kick power. Punter/Kicker doesn't seem to matter. Whichever one has a higher KP is the one you want to go with as OA doesn't seem to factor at all. Might want to reflect that in your depth charts for kickoff specialists.

Yep, always have done it this way because kickoffs rarely go off line except on squib kicks whick bounce so ridiculous (sp?) that I don't think it matters how good the kicker is.

I know that Ctch and passblock factor into it... os if you have 2 guys that are een and one has a better cth he will be the better 3drb

does it use the 3rd down back regardless of yards to obtian a 1st. like i would rather have a stronger power runner on 3rd and short obviously.
Do they factor that in at all?
