AND, if I'm not mistaken had a sig that said something to the effect of "I wasted Cash's time and if I change my sig I will be banned because A) I didn't change my sig when told and B) I was given the best team in the sim league and did nothing with them"

Does it really matter?

The main problem I see with letting someone like that guy in is you just know that he hasn't gone thru the league rules and probably doesn't understand how things run and what exactly is necessary to be a part of this.

What I would do is advise him or anyone else that wants on the league to find people who are currently in the league and add them to your Messanger (whichever you use). Talk to them. I get a good amount of questions from some newer owners and few older owners on things , which I do my best to help them with.

When I first started in this league it was a lot to take in because to be honest I didn't do my homework on it like I should have done. While we do need owners, we need ones who are going to be willing to put in an effort to show Cash and others that its worth thier time to keep this league up and going.
