Tennessee Owner Josh Ross-Wood takes to the podium
Well I thought I would do this one. Ill keep it short.
Going into this offseason we are in a very very different sitaution. I think its fair to say we were up the proverbial creek. Now, we are faced with two contracts that really need reworking and that is all. I will get back to that in a second.
We had a great season last year, and coped with Defensive injuries very well considering. I see no reason that we cant repeat last years magic, and we will look to make our team STRONGER than last year with out two firsts and many late round draft picks which we may trade as our needs are not vast, but specific.
We will seek to trade Tank Williams, and have given him permission to look elsewhere, if we do not find a suitable deal we will tag him for ourselves, Tank has expressed his want to stay with the team. Our reliable C Justin Hartwig will likely become a FA that we will chase up ourselves.
I am hopeful for the year ahead and look forward to a slightly more relaxed offseason...But not to say dull in the least.
I would be happy to take any questions you may have!

How do you plan on replacing a very young and talented player such as Tank Williams?

For Madden people the best way to explain it is that he has a very low awareness.
How is McNairs attitude and health heading into this season?

Thank you all for your questions, I appreciate it.

Well, there is no saying we have LOST him yet. He may well stay on a franchise tender. If he doesnt however, we will look to the draft to replcae him, or possibly in a trade we will get a guy in return who can take over...Im not leaking anything as of right now, but we have had talks with several teams, one of whom was prepared to send a replacement our way.

Definately...Will Allen went down early in the season and that cost us big. Will is 100% now, but the same issue or a similar issue could easily arise. We may look to FA to pick someone up, or possibly the draft, but Reynaldo Hill has made major strides to improving himself so Im quite pleased with the situation right now.

Hes been great to be honest. There are talks that this could be his final year, and he himself has said it could be. But it is all dependent on how this year goes...He obviously feels good enough to come back because winning the SB near retirement is an excuse to leave on a high...He has said he feels this team will go places and believes could make the superbowl again. Im happy, hes happy.
Any more questions?

Its too early to say that, tho I will say its up for grabs. We will see thru training camp and the pre season. If nothing was to change (Which it will) Coles would still have the number one spot.
Thank you for your question. Any more?
