Here are a few questions since this is my first on-line Sim league:
1. Does it matter what console you have? (i.e. do we all have to have XBox?)
2. How do real life events affect the Sim league? (Payton Manning goes down in week five for the season. Do we also take Manning out in our league?)
3. What rosters do we use? The default one that came with the game? The rosters as they are IN REAL LIFE prior to the first regualr season game?
4. How will we do free agent signings? The draft for the 05 season (and beyond). It would seem very complicated to get ALL the owners together for a one-time event (like free agent signings and drafts). Ask Adam about that (the FFL he is trying to start).
5. Injuries on or off?
6. Can we trade with the CPU? If so, do those trades have to go through the owners?
7. Can I 'Create-A-Player' and have Harty Goldstein starting for the Steelers at QB as a rookie with a 99 PassAcc, 99 PassPwr, 99 AWR and 99OVR?
8. Do we skip mini-camps every year?
9. Does anyone like me?
10. Can we 'simulate' killing Kellen Winslow Jr. in a head-on car accident where he is decapitated and no one ever finds his head?
1) No its a sim league there will be no playing against each other
2) Injuries will not roll into the sim league but when we start rosters will be set correctly. If a guy is on a roster on sept 9th he will be on that roster for the start of our sim league. If a guy is a Free agent on sept 9th he will be a free agent in the league. ... After that nothing in real life affects the sim league anymore.. the cardinals could move to LA in real life but move to alaska in the sim league hahaha
3) The rosters EA releases on xbox live after the season starts with the players on the teams at the start of the season
4) Instant messengers and teamspeak, same with the draft. It doens't need to happen all at once I will take all offers for a guy then submit them to the guy that will be a day... then I will let everyone know where the guy stands over IM or teamspeak.. the more people that can get teamspeak the better!!

7) Everyone can creat awesome players but those players can only play for the cowboys (funny question haha)
8) I have not decided on this.. there are 2 options.
a) skip mini camps
b) I will give the same amount of points to pople for each drill and they pick the player and where it goes
I am leaning towards option B

10) No but we can send him to combat and see whether or not he really is a soldier
