I'll couple either one with Chad Scott - CB - OVR 85 for a CB with a 90+ OVR.
I'll couple either one with Plaxico Burress - WR - 87 OVR for a RB 90+
If anyone needs a QB with a OVR above 80 (Dolphins) and / or a RB with an OVR above 77 (Dolphins) and has two CB with an OVR of 90+ (Dolphins), talk to me.
Yeah, Slick has some options for sure. Iam keen to see how he decides. Is he going for youth at QB or is he calling for a quality veteran like Bledsoe or Maddox.
Harty, one question. Is a trade of Kendrell Bell to the Bills possible? I would give you nice players or high draft picks!

I have nothing but good memories of playing for the Bills. It's something I cherish. When I was playing for the Pats, I'd wear a Bills T-shirt under my uniform. Someone came up to me one day and said, 'Fred, no matter what you wear on the outside, you,ll always be a Buffalo Bill on the inside.'
Billster, probably not, but try me. Ya know, Jeremiah Trotter is a free agent at MLB with an OVR of 87. He could help you out. I dunno how free agent pick ups are handled, but try and snag him for you 3-4 'D'.
What, Jeremiah Trotter is a free agent in Madden 2005??
Thats good news!!!! HAHAHAHA!! I WILL GET HIM!!!
Back to Kendrell Bell. You have to help me a little bit cause i dont have the game. I think Bell is over 92 overall rating. So, what do you want for him? All players are on the trading block exept of Travis Henry.
What positions are you looking for? DT,DE or CB?? And what strenght do you expect?

I think someone's trying to tell me something, but I'm not sure yet. Let me reread it.
LOL. don't worry Harty I've kept you in mind and might bite on Maddox even though I like Ben R better. =p.... we'll talk as the league gets closer since nothings official

Busy, busy, busy. The last week of the month is unreal in recruiting. I should be free soon, at least for a while. If nothing else, we'll get something banged out over the 3-day weekend coming up.
Ward is staying. As long as I am GM, Hines Ward will be a Steeler. Bettis... hmmm. I need upgrade in the DB posistion. Hit me with a good CB, or maybe a FS, and lets see what happens.
Harty, I'm interested in talking trade talk with the Steelers..Dont know if you have any of these players left or are interested in shipping any of them but I will list them.
QB Ben Roethlisberger 79 OVR
WR Antwan Randel El 82 OVR
ROLB Joey Porter 95 OVR
FS Chris Hope 75 OVR
SS Troy Polamula 82 OVR
Let me know if you are interested in shopping any of these players if you still have them. Thanks
That is such a minor trade off that I am inclined to just stick with Plex. He fits well opposite Ward (Ward is the go-to possesion guy, Plax is the big play guy). I think I'll pass, Ghsstrtkl65. Thanks anyway.
Safety Prioleau could help you, he is 26 years and 82 rated...

Billster, I thought about a trade with you. I need a RB of the future (Duce ain't it, Bettis is like 84 years old...). Maybe Willis Magahee (however he spells his name), but he's an 80 . So here's my deal: I'll give you Kendrell Bell and Duce Staley for Nate Clements and Travis Henry. I'm losing a couple of points on defense, you lose a couple on offense.
MLB Bell 92 for CB Nate Clemens 90 !!! Bad move for me!
RB Duce Staley 85 for RB Travis Henry 90!!! Bad move for me!
Iam losing points and age at the most important position of the game, no way...
What should i write more to this trade offers????
Let Bell stay in Pittsburgh, i want MLB James Farrior, what do you want for him??
Pls stay realistic...
and besides, Willis MaGahee will be a 90 rated guy in two years, cause i will give him lots of running time...

Realistic? You have asked me for Bell more than once so I assumed you wanted him. I offered you a deal that let you have him. You want I should just give him to you? You gotta pay, my friend. And how do you lose when I give up a 92 OVR and you give up a 90 OVR. Bell is younger than Clements, too. And if MacGhee will be a 90 soon, why keep Henry? Your logic confuses me. And to that end, I will keep Farrior and will no longer enter into trade talks with you. Good day.
You were offering a trade in which i would lose 3 points of strenght overall now and even more over the years, cause only Bell would go up with his ratings, Staley wont help me with Macgahee on the roster. On the other side you would gain two players who are maybe 95 rated in two years!!! Very nice trade for me
Keep Bell an keep Farrior, thats your right of course...
Bye
