Volunteers Needed
Okay guys I need atleast 2 people to give me a quick hand with Maddenboards 2005 sim league. Here is what I need:
I need atleast 2 users with a copy of Madden 2005 on hand to help me with the file I will have for all the players contract, bonus, etc.
I will e-mail the volunteers a copy of a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet that I have for each team with all the players already in it. All you have to do is go to the game, go to the rosters and fill out the portion with their age, years left on contract, their total salary, bonus and yearly salary (there are all one after the other).
The reason we need this is obvious, trades. When you trading you want to know but the cap penalties are, how much cap your taking, etc. No one wants to have to turn on Madden everytime they talk trade to see if its possible.
I have already lost alot of time doing each team rosters and hope someone will help so I can continue with other aspects of the website.

I don't have Madden yet, so unfortunately I cannot help you. But, wouldn't it be easier to turn salary cap off for the league? I imagine the league is already enough work as it is, having to work with the salary cap just adds to it.

Easier? Yes.. ridiculous with owners killing thier ownership of the team after the first year? Yes also..
salary cap needs to be on to control crazy trading and spending on free agents...

Hmmm... I can try to help but I'm not sure how much assistance I can be. First day of school today, and with our football I'm practicing 6 days a week and at school 12 hours for the weekdays. But, I will try to help, just please don't expect me to be able to do a lot of the work.
