Nah, I need higher level guys at this point.. New players have to develope in the D-leagues and then goto new capped teams.. they wouldn't get any playing time on my team.

On the suggestion from TOFN, I created an account in GLB. I have a couple low LB's that I'm working on in the D-leagues, I really just started. But I'm just throwing it out there in case you need them later.

It's pretty easy. sign 2-3 players at each position, except K and P, and get them all to play on hard intensity. 100 % rush offense 100 % rush defense.
Ohh... and get a rushing QB
