How do you beat RAAM? GOW Spoiler

Ok.. this is how I beat the main bad guy at the end of Gears of War .. RAAM.

I tried chainsawing him.. that didn't work.




I tired just getting the sniper rifle and headshotting him over and over.. well just doing that alone does not work.




I tried grenades and snipe rifle but those two together are not enough...



I tried using the uber crossbow and sniper rifle and grenades... couldn't get it done doing that either..




So THIS IS HOW I FINALLY DID IT..

Get the sniper rifle and load up on Grenades.. (I had 3) Get the ammo after you get the sniper rifle so you get ammo for it too...

equip a grenade and go through the door... get to the wall in the middle... Once you skip the cutscene line up your grenade on RAAM and throw it.. if you hit him it will scatter the krill that are around him.

Tell your buddy (Dom?) to Regroup on you and then tell him to cease fire (he just dies anyway but at least this way he will stay alive by you and draw RAAM's attention for a few seconds.

Switch to your sniper rifle and shoot him in the head.. at this point he should send the krill to kill you that is the only time you can really hurt him. Get as many headshots as you can and do the fast reload thing with your sniper rifle..

If the krill go back to RAAM chuck another grenade on him and headshot him over and over with the sniper rifle.....

You do this until he gets close to your wall... switch to your MACHINE GUN and just start cover firing over the wall at him... the second he comes around the wall you have to leap over the wall and run to the next wall.. Jump over it and then continue to COVER FIRE at him (don't aim) on this wall you will just jump over the wall and take cover as fast as you can each time he comes around the wall.. you have to time it right.

That's all I did and I kicked his butt the first time I tried doing it that way.

If you can't do it that way... well .. I can't help you cause that's the only way I could do it.

I didnt read it yet i just came down here to post a quick reply im not quite there yet in the game and i want to try my self but I just wanted to tell you thank you in advance cause im sure ill use it in the near future
