Okay, I am getting a Ps2 this week, and it seems all I can find is the slimmer Ps2's..well I was wondering if anyone could tell me the differences between the slimmer one, and the old thicker one...Obviously it is thinner but what else is differenct about it.
And one more question about it, can you play online on it? Like I can still hook up my online adapter thing to the back of it and be able to play online? Thanks for any help guys.
I have the slimmer one, and I don't really know of any differences. The gameplay seems to be the same, and it barely takes any time to load. I don't know about anything else though, since I don't have an online hookup for my PS2. I do know that Sony stopped making the big ones, so the only thing you can find are the slim ones.

That's the truth... so don't leave it on for a long period of time but it's pretty reliable. And it doesn't have an off button, you just hold reset and it turns off.

the slimmer one has top loader, like the 1st playstation, so it can read the disc. Yes you can play online, its the same as the old one this loads disc better. thats it. hopes it helps u
