Super Smash Bros. Brawl
I know there are only a few of us Wii users on this site but has anyone played this game yet? I think it's awesome. Easily one of the best games for the Wii. I love how they put Solid Snake in the game too, he's one of my favorite characters.

I actually will probably end up buying a Wii sometime in the near future (hopefully in the next few months), and the main reason for me doing that is because of Super Smash Bros.
I absolutely loved that game on the N64 (Smash Bros), and still to this day it remains my favorite 'fighter' genre of game.
I kicked so much *** as Link back in the day. I would certainly be him again.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't buy it JUST for Smash Bros. I'd probably get a few other games too, namely Super Mario Galaxy.
It's just if I buy a Wii, Super Smash Bros. is going to be one of the primary reasons for doing so.

Considering how cheap a Wii is and that you can use GC controllers(If you want to save the money on controllers) it's not a bad idea. The few great games the Wii has are amazing. Namely Brawl, Galaxy and Zelda.

Snake, Meta Knight, Ganondorf, R.O.B. and Link are all my favorites. Ike, Captain Falcon, Marth and Pokemon Trainer are all 2nd tier for guys I like to use. I'm sure when I unlock Sonic he will join this list.

Well as soon as I found out how to get Snake I made it a point to unlock him. It only takes 15 Brawl matches on Shadow Moses Island so just only have Brawls there until you get him. Ganondorf I got because I'm good with Link. Sonic I have yet to get because I find Adventure Mode way too boring.

It seems as if Wii's are still not really in stock here, which sucks.
I don't understand how the Wii has been out so long and it's still not widely available. At least the 360 solved those problems a few months after release.
I know it's fairly popular, but this is just ridiculous.

Yeah like GoPack said...Not out here until June. One of my friends, who owns a 360 not a Wii, is so keen on the idea of the game he is considering buying it for my console on condition he can come and play it when he wants lol.
Its second on my list of games I want to get in the future (the Mario Kart game being first). I too loved it for the N64. I was Kirby, if I remember the name properly. You used to be able to float, and turn into a brick and stuff. It was just hilarious bricking people from above..

For sonic, i believe you can unlock him through playtime in multiplayer as well as the other options... I havent gotten far at all in the adventure and i still have him... You could always do the classic "leave it on all night" trick. |

Wow that's crazy. When I went to pick up Brawl and 2K8 they had at least 10 Wii's.

All I've read is you can unlock him through beating adventure mode. I'll have to look into getting him a different way.
