I haven't looked for a you tube video yet of the final drive for the panthers.
But for anyone who saw the end of the game, Delhomme showed why the Panthers NEED him.
Carolina drove about 60 yards in about 1:45 with only 1 time out.
With 6 seconds left on the clock at around the 29 yard line, down by 5, Delhomme threw a pass for around 15 yards, got the ball down with 2 seconds left and called a time out.
on the last play of the game, the panthers put all the hopes into Delhomme for one last play.
He found TE Dante Rosario in the back of the endzone over everyone. TD...
It was amazing. I'm gonna look for the video now.

that was a great ending for a panther team everyone was like oh they will start 0-2 without steve smith...john fox if this team stays health will make the playoffs with this team
Glad to see they pulled out this win. Though, watching highlights and looking at the stats, it doesnt look hugely deserved by the pattern of the game.
Great finish though, and Im very happy they took the wind out of the Charger sails. Ive predicted them to do well in the past but...consistent underachievers, the Panthers.. Perhaps this is the one where they put it together, I dont know, Im tired of thinking that .

Well, my tv was only playing the Browns/Boys game... I kept thinking
"Okay, the Boys are obviously gonna win this game, switch to the Panthers."
They took forever to switch over. But it was all worth it. A bad snap, a nice pump fake. A nice throw by delhomme. It was probably the best part of the weekend...
Though, having Delhomme in playing my girlfriend in FF kinda upset her.

I was able to see the final drive of the game, the Panthers looked pretty darn impressive on that drive, and they did not have Smith. Its good to see Delhomme come back strong in this game to he looked good in the highlights I saw, if he stays healthy there is a good chance they could go to the playoffs and maybe pull of an upset.
The thing is, we never know what Panther team will show up. No one obviously thought the winning Panther team would show up against the Chargers. I know I didn't. I didn't expect Carolina to have a chance.
We'll see what they can do against a Bear team that sucks against the run. Maybe our 1-2 punch of Williams/Stewart can shine shine shine!!

The Bears looked very good at stopping the Colts running the ball, but for my sake I hope the bears suck it up on the run cause I have Stewart on my fantasy team.
