Better management would help out a lot, also having a coaching staff stay more than one year would go a long ways in helping the team improve. I think Al Davis needs to step back and let the coaches do what they need to do, the Raiders look like they are starting to put something together, they have some good things going for them on defense I think that side of the ball will have the biggest impact on how the team does, untill Russell gets used to the league.
