I think that something should be noted next to the wins or at least the ones that the leagues knows they cheated in anyways but this could just be the hatred I have for the Pat's coming out.

They definitely violated NFL rules...but they still had great talent and probably would have won the rings they won anyway.

As strange as the sounds, and I know I'll be flamed, I don't see the big deal in stealing signals. You study film, key in on audibles (i.e. what teams do with P. Manning), pay attention to formations.
I see this issue dying with the new helmets. The defense won't have to rely so heavily on signals, but will get the play directly to the noggin.
Alas, if you knew, as the jets did, that a team was keying in on your signals why would you be compelled to continue to do so?
Just my thoughts. Either way, the team has to win; the team has to execute; the team has to perform.

Agreed. The tapes definitely helped the Pats get some wins, but those clutch moments were pure talent. |

Well the odd thing is from what I heard yesterday was that the Patriots only taped Division teams which is a false. On the tapes that Matt Walsh handed over there was Steelers and Browns on the tape. Also they went 3-3 on games they taped. I believe they taped the first half and used it for the 2nd half. I b also think Bellichic should be kicked out the league for a 1 year. and has any contact with the Patroits then it moves to a 2 year ban. Goodell didnt do nothing and I think thats where it will get worse. He basically let them off easy

He did hit his wallet pretty hard though, and took away a draft pick even though they still had another one lol, I think the suspension is alright maybe not for a year but for a certain number of games at least. |

I think at the very least he should get suspended for the same length of time as someone who uses roids and is caught. He used a illegal use of gained information to get a edge.
