6 years for doing drugs is stupid to me. Doing drugs isn't serious, really. If a man chooses to put crap in his body, he should be allowed to.

When I saw 6 years in the title, I was expecting robbery or violence.

especially considering that prescription drugs, alcohol and tobacco are much worse for your health than Marijuana.

I don't think non-violent victimless crimes should have prison sentences attached.

Being in Texas that isn't a popular view. These Texans want executions for candy bar thievery, at least twice. Also, they like executing as many mentally retarded juveniles as possible.

Cocaine is frowned on more than crack. Snorting cocaine messes you up alot more than smoking crack.

It has been my experience that cocaine is an acceptable recreational drug; whereas crack, I.E. smoking rock, is heavily regarded as terrible.

Really, in my opinion obviously, speed seems to be the drug that gets the least amount of love from where I'm sitting.

Cocaine is turned into Crack... It's not the 'same thing'

Crack is usually smoked.. it is not usually 'crushed into cocaine' for snorting.

Smoking crack gets you massively high in a matter of 10-15 seconds where snorting cocaine will get you a (not as effective or massive) high in 10-15 minutes.

I'm not going to go into more details on the difference between crack and 'regular' cocaine.. but crack is different.. it is made to be more 'effective'.
