After making you coach you move on to the Interview. During the interview you will be asked questions... I was asked questions by the Cowboys Owner.. his name was uh.. not Jerry Jones... That was disapointing..
He asks you a bunch of questions and they shape your coaching attributes.. so (unlike me) when you get to this step, be prepared (or see what I did if you are a defensive coach and copy what worked and do something else for what didn't
).
Once done you will get offers in your email... From what I have heard at least 1 of the offeres will be from the team you interviewed with (If it wasn't this way there would be a lot of reloading going on right now on my xbox).
Read through the offer sheets to see what the teams want and then pick the team you want to coach (Duh.. your favorite team if you are a real FAN!!)
