In Parcell's press conference today at 11:30 he anounced which Cowboys have been selected to the Pro Bowl. The NFL is not releasing the roster until 4pm this evening.
Parcells said: Larry Allen, Jason Witten, LaRoi Glover, and Roy Williams have been informed they were selected to the Pro Bowl.

I think that has alot to do with Roy not being able to play like Roy. Or more simply, his role in the defense is much more defined on what he has to do and where he has to be because of weaknesses in other key spots rather than floating and reacting to the play like last year.
Yeah Williams didnt have the spectacular stats... His #s werent great at all... Like Tigam said though, its because Roy wasnt allowed to play like Roy... Hes at his best when he is just let loose (Like last year)... But this year, with Woodson out, Roy had to do what Woodson was doing last year. That took him out of his style of game, up around the line or out just looking for someone to hit.
But the biggest factor to if a guy gets into the Pro Bowl is Players and Coaches votes NOT fans votes... I bet alot of guys that play against Roy say "Man that guy can lay a freaking hit that would knock an Elephant on its ***." And a lot of coaches spend a lot of time game planning against Roy.
