I'm the first to vote and probably the only one voting for the Giants. And here's why. Kurt Warner is one of the greatest QB alive. A nagging thumb injury had him screwed for a while, but he hasn't played a down of pro football in almost a year. He'll be back in his form come opening day, where he WILL start over Eli 'Daddys Boy' Manning. Tiki Barber is a great HB for a pass oriented offense. Great receiver, elusive, quick... if he didn't have a fumbling problem, he'd be awesome. Amani Toomer and Ike Hilliard are a great duo at WR. Jeremy Shockey's only downfall is his health. If his foot is 100%, he's deadly. The O-line is the only negative to that offense, but this is their second year together and they will be better. The defense has the greatest sacking DL in football, and he's only a few years removed from that record. Strahan is still a power. Carlos Emmons was the best defensive player for the Eagles last year and will be dominant again for the G-Men. The seconday of Will Allen, William Peterson, Shaun Williams and Omar (I don't have 'Will' in my name) Stoutmire isn't the best in the league, but they are a damn fine group. Tom Coughlin will get the best out of these guys, something Jim Fassell couldn't do. And the biggest thing, everyone will be overlooking them until it is too late.
Or maybe not. The 'Skins look good too.

Whoa Matt... someone's got a lot of time on their hands.
Hey Harty, I like the points you make, but I still don't feel like the Giants can take it. Kurt Warner is not that good. Why didn't he play well last year? Didn't he fumble like 5 times in that one game? He had a great year... with Torry Holt, Isaac Bruce, and Marshall Faulk. I saw some thing on ESPN where Martz asked him to go in and Kurt said "No, Bulger needs to stay in." Now, to some that may be a sign of a good mentor, but to me it's the sign of a person with confidence like a fat woman in the circus. If he's not ready to play football then I just can't put faith in him. If you don't have a solid QB then it'll be so hard to win the division, which is also why I didn't pick the Cowboys... because who knows how their QB will look?
That being said, I picked the Eagles. As long as they don't get a bad case of the TO syndrome they can win the division.

I'm betting on Coach Joe Gibbs. I don't care how many injuries they suffer in Training Camp when you can have Brunell and Portis come in with coles and Gardner as receivers, still have a solid D with CB springs and Smoot, and have Taylor emerge as a Roy Williams tyep safety with COACH JOE GIBBS are your coach then your in good shape.
Did I mention they have Coach Joe Gibbs.
Giants have to many holes. Dallas D is great but i still see the Offense struggling.
McNabb has said that TO IS NOT the go to guy so we have a problem there.

Slick, you bring up good points, but isn't this what we say about the Redskins every year? "They added a great group of players, they'll be amazing this year!" I personally don't know though, it was possibly because of Spurrier's sucky scheme. I'm kind of in between here on voting on the 'Skins.

Spurrier was the downfall of the team last year. His run and gun tactic was horrible and he had the blocking go about differently (its to stupid to explain, trust me).
Joe Gibbs went back to how it should be and ITS JOE GIBBS.
I don't care how much they spent on FA the years before, Joe will get the most out of his players. He's a GREAT coach.

i agree spurrier is your typical good college coach....in college all you have to do is outscore the other team...in the nfl you need to outscore but play a little defense and outsmart
