I messed up and did not record the rams-steelers game, I gave a running account of the game to Harty cause he was on RamsFan you weren't on sorry I thought I was recording it and just didnt'.. stuff happens..

That would be because I've been pretty busy and I should finally be closing on my house today (I hope) so maybe later today after I get back from my daughters swim lessons I can edit and upload all the videos...

K guys been a long day got the closing done and the house is offically mine, and I'm officially over $100,000 in debt HAHAHA

Anyway I'm worn out, just got home hella long day and I should be able to get a lot of stuff doe tommorrow... definately the videos for week 8 and maybe even most of week 9...

what kind of house..... this is the first I read of such thing. Funny thing is we're shopping for another house too. Prices In NJ are ridiculous though. 1 family houses are going for like 400k in a Elizabeth (and we're abit ghetto)

Yes the prices in IOWA are MUCH lower one good thing about the midwest is land and house prices are lower... This house is a 4 bedroom 2 bath with a full basement, 2 stories + the basement) and then a 2 car garage with a NICE big yard (that I use a riding mower to mow..) and I bought it for 75k

A 2 bedroom home thats not falling apart cost half a mil in the Bay Area. A house like yours Cash would be worth around 1.5 Mil or more depending on the size of the property. If the property is more than half an acre it be worth over 2 mil. I bet you guys gas is about $.50 more here than where you guys live.
