Well, go ahead and add Kansas State to that, but USC doesn't have a shot to win against the Sooners. OU will beat LSU and then the BCS will be abolished.

I wanted them to be undefeated then lose in the NC game.

I hope they abolish it, but I doubt it will happen. They were interviewing the head BCS guy last night on espn, and he said it won't change anytime soon. He felt it was fair because SC didn't have a very hard schedule, (and lost to cal)

Right the Chiefs shouldn't get a chance at the Super bowl either cause they don't have a very hard schedule... And lost to the bengals

The Bengals ARE LEADING THE AFC EAST!!!
And, unlike in college, they will play tough teams in the playoffs to get to the Super Bowl. And, they also don't get to pick their schedule so it would be unfair to punish them for that.

Pro is a little different from college. The athletic aility at that level is so high that any team could beat any team on any given sunday

There is no way Oklahome beats USC. In a big game setting like that, you know Jason White is going to choke, just look at what happened to him in BIG 12 championships game against Kansas State, then look at the national championship game (which they should not have been in) against LSU, they got blitzed again. The TEAM Oklahoma is awsome, But Jayson White would lose it for them, makes to many mistakes

Last time I checked, they don't give out Mr Heisman to choke artists. Don't judge the man on 1 game. K State was a disaster yes, but LSU had one of the best defenses in recent times. That is not a choke. That is getting beat by a better team.

OU and USC had identical records. OU had a tougher schedule, more quality wins, plays in a tougher conferece, etc...

Had it not been for Michael Jordan and Chris Webber, Dean Smith would have done less with more talent, year in and year out than any coach in NCAA hoops history.

As for K State and their storied tradition.....
OU vs K St series record: 67-17-4. I will let you guess who owns who. Most of those 17 wins coming before there was a storming of the beach at Normandy. The series also includes an OU 38 game win streak. 38 years in a row? Please take your weak purple smack elsewhere. But I can understand why you would be feeling giddy. Snyder is now 1-3 against Stoops. Better than most.

Ok, First USC lost to mighty Cal in triple overtime.
Its not like they got blown out or anything. Plus the Kicker missed twice in OT... But they lost the game..

Second, Blown out, blown out, blown out...
Biggest game of the seaon....Jason White does not show up
OU is blown out by K-State

Third, Second biggest game of the seaon
And still Jason white does not show up to play
LSU walks the dawg on OU...I think we see a trend devolping

Fourth...Matt Lienhart....Biggest game of his career
Shows up to play...Beats Michigan...claims a piece of the National Title

Now, My comments were not downing the OU program. I think they are an excellent team, I just get tired of hearing about jason white, pure and simple, he can't handle big, meaningful games, and thats why I think USC beats Oklahoma. To much speed, and we all saw how OU handled LSU's speed (not to good).. well USC is faster, especially on defense. Plus the QB is more steady in big game pressure. And thats why i picked USC to beat Oklahoma

Imho, Oklahoma Michigan would have been a better bowl game.

Michigan could not beat USC, so how could that have been a better game??

I don't agree with most of your thinking, but can appeciate a well thought out reply. Give J a chance this year. He grew up in my area here The kid has alot of heart. Nobody took the ending of last season harder than him.

Don't take my comments on the Deanster to seriously. The Jordan-Worthy team was one of my favorites. And watching Webber call the timeout with no timeouts left made me smile. I think I had 100 bucks on Carolina that night. Luv ya blue!

UH OH we got some Redskins- Cowboys and some OU Texas hate going now. Love it!
As a Dallas fan I love punking the Redskins. And yes Dallas owns them.

As for the series note on K State and OU. Maybe not the best argument choice. Gimme a break. I had just woke up.

As for OU Texas....is there a better rivalry in college football? I noticed you threw in the series record. I prefer to look more at recent history. I will duck now....INCOMING!
Quick funny story about OU Texas. As a kid (77 game I believe) I remember watching the game with the whole family. People screaming and emotions ran high with every play. My mom a very quiet person by nature finally snapped as we watched Earl Campbell break off another long run. She screams....
