yah he does i dont see how u cant say hes not a premeir running backs he is a beast and will win Heisman....although Alex Smith is also a darn good QB

I like Peterson, but after watching Lienart against (granted a weak) Notre Damne, he gets my pick. He's a great QB...

Benson desevers it more than any one and anyone thats not a longhorn fan thats fine but he does desever it and the longhorns get screwed in the bowl system once agian

I cast my vote for Adrian Peterson, although I think its a close call between him and Matt Leinart. They have been the most productive players for OU and USC. It would be nice to see a freshman win the award. All the experts said a defensive player could never win the Heisman, and look at Charles Woodson, so why not Peterson?
