I was born ready  . They better not screw the game up for the XBox 360, because I'm counting on NCAA 07 to get me some usage out of the damn system. I've played it twice in the past month, and both times it was to play a demo (NBA Live and Fight Night Round 3). I need me some good games!

I can't wait for the NCAA 07 for 360. I hope they put their all into that game to make up for what they did to Madden this year.
By the way short if you want a Phat game to play on the 360 try Ghost Recon or Oblivion. Both of those games are sick!!!!!!!!!

I got Ghost Recon it is sick...havent tried Oblivion yet though....oh and I live for NCAA football so im def. ready i cant wait till we get the first news cause that makes the days go by quicker for me...July 12th....ahh i cant wait...
ahh and maybe i can win the tourney at my gamestop this year...last year i came in third...bah

I went to Electronic Boutique to preorder the game a little earlier this week, and they had, what looked to be a poorly printed (dot metrix) type image of vince young on the cover, and when I asked the guy about this, he said EB is expecting EA to put Vince Young on the cover. Does anyone know the truth behind this? If there is any at all. For some reason, I do not believe this, as Desmond Howard was on the most recent cover.

Vince Young would be a good canidate, but I would really rather see someone who has already established themselves in the NFL. I was thinking more along the lines of an older quarterback, that may not have too much longer left in the league.
Also, thanks for the input Chaos. Anything is appreciated, as I am "itching" for information.

Yes, why not? Think about it, so many college football greats go on to amount to NOTHING in the NFL. EX: Jason White. I think they should really go with someone that has proven that he can be a dominate force in both the NCAA and the NFL |

Because its a college game about college players, its not about how good a guy is in the NFL its not an NFL game. That's the point. The NFL and the NCAA are two different games. Just because a guy sucked in the NFL doesn't mean he wasn't good in the NCAA, and last I checked that game is NCAA. So you put the best NCAA guys on the cover...
If we are going to put people who are good in other leagues on the cover, then lets just go ahead and put Ronaldinho on the cover of the game.

They always put a guy that goes into the draft the year of the game because of NCAA licencing rules they cant put a current NCAA player on the cover. So they choose a guy that they expect to be taken in the 1st round that year.

It'll be Leinart. The covers since 03 have been Harrington, Palmer, Fitzgerald, Howard. It'll be leinart. Shouldn't be to much longer now before they start dropping screen shots on EA's website.

Robby, I see where you guys are both coming from. All I would say is that if you want to stick around and become part of this board and league you have to be aware that we are typing and things can get interpretted differently...It would have been much better to say: Really? I didnt know that was the case, I got thrown off by the fact they had Howard on there last year...Whyd they do that?

Anyhows Leinart is the safe bet for the cover as he is touted as the best QB available...Not that it makes a difference to me cos those punks wont bring it out in the UK..

To me it sounds really awesome, reading other peoples ideas they think they are going to far with the student-athlete mode but im one who will like it...but will probley still keep playing Dynasty more...Others also have worries about the Jump The Snap feature as they think it may be abused online...
o-well This starts my official countdown Three Months from today is July 12th!! And now im pretty excited and ill keep looking for more info/screens/movies every day from here on out soo stay tuned
