I know in everyones dynasty that there comes a year where you have 2 really good rb's like auburn had last year..And say that both have redshirted already, what do you do? Do you run the hell out of one and use the other one only when you need to or do you split the time between the two.....?

ok...if both are great and both the same year, I would split carries. If one was a year younger or so, I would run the younger one, cause he'd get better. I'd also run the older one, but not as much, maybe 75/25. You don't wanna run the younger one too much and make him too great, cause then you'll lose him early, unless you wanna spend the points to try to make his stay.
So do you put the younger one in 75 % of the formation then the other one in 25% or do you just constantly sum them in and out or can that be done automatically?

For what it's worth, I typically have a couple of formations/plays I run a lot out of and that is where I put the 'starter' in. I then put at least two other backs in other formations to use as a change or pace or recieving back depending on their skill set. This allows me to give younger players so valuble pt and not tire out the starter when I need him at the end of a drive. On a typical year, I have one back who is a 1000+ yard back, another who is a 500+ yard back and a third who is in the 200-300 yard range. One of these there, depending on how good of a reciever they are, has about 20-30 receptions as well. Again, this allows you to use your backs skills (speed, acceleration, catching, break tackle) appropriately, increase playing time (an increase overall skills) keep folks happy (relatively) and keep in fresh legs (less fumbles).

I set the formation subs up to where they'll split time. I played Dynasty with Auburn in NCAA 05 and I alternated between formations with Williams and Brown. I used both of them in the Goal Line.
