1. Before games show your teams starting roster with player photos, and have the anouncers talk about the stars like they do in real life.
2. Add over 200 faces to each catagory of skin color like they have in Madden.
3. Have AD mode where you hire your own staff, fire coaches, and do everything that the head coach does.
4. On create a player, add hair like longer corn rows, longer dreads, bigger afros,etc.
5. Have your game be aired nationally on ABC, CBS, FOX, CBS, NBC or any other common stations with different anouncers from each. Also stations like NBC and Fox, would have their funky scoreboard in the corner.
6. Add the new helmets, more facemasks, half sleeves.
7. I saw adding ATH, as a position to recruiting. That would be a great idea.
8. Be able to see footage of the players you are recruting at their high school games.
9. Add off the field distractions that would make the player perform better/worse such as; girlfriend is pregnant, death in the family(Brett Favre), etc.
10. Have players get bad grades, break curfew, get caought stealing things11.Lose mascot and rivalry mode, i dont know anybody who plays these.

I agree with all of those suggestions except the one about the 200 faces. You can't really see the faces during the game, so what's the point? Also, Create-A-Prospect isn't as used in this game as it is in Madden.
