I think it would be great if in the dynasty mode, you can progress in coaching ranks. Like start out as a GA or maybe a runningbacks coach, and advance from there. Get offers for other jobs, like being the Receivers coach at Wyoming and then getting an offer for offensive coordinater at Arizona or something..

One wish is the ability to add real coaches names for their schools without having to play with that team or setting the game to skip the season.

Why would you want to do that?

the reason is I like to make the game real as possible ,thats just me.

It's more real when you have the actual coaches that coach the team.

I understand why the players are not named by default, but does anyone know why the coached are not named? They are paid to coach and are an employee of the University that is named on the game. My dynasty is with UGA and have alumnus Bill Goldberg is the head coach. Made him as good as I could.

It makes sense to have their names on the game.

What do you guys think about the idea of starting as a GA or something? I think that would make it very realistic. It would be another fun addition to the game.

But there'd have to be some situation where the head coach would get fired or something...

1. Heisman level - WAY too easy. I would love to have a much more competitive level to play on without having to toy around with A.I. settings.

2. Opposing QB's - more awareness to Man Coverage or Zone. QB's don't seem to be able to decipher between the two. WAY too many INT's throughout my dynasty.

3. Defensively - I registered 143 sacks on Heisman level in 3 seasons with one player. The ability to blitz from the outside is WAY too easy.

4. I like the idea of an Athletic Director's Mode in comparison to Madden's "Owner Mode." The idea of being able to hire your own coaches from Head Coach, down to QB's Coach, all the way to Trainer. Love it.

5. Opposing teams - I surrendered an avg 46.7 yds per game in an entire season once again on Heisman level. The avg total rushing yds per game was -34.9. I think something is to be said about fair play for the CPU. In 13 seasons of my dynasty, I only have 3 "Greatest Games" because the level of difficulty isn't competitive. Me being a Gator fan, I would love to be literally biting my nails in the 4th qtr. in games against Miami, FSU, Tennessee, and Georgia.

6. I think along with the Athletic Director's Mode, a nice touch to the game would be adding more to the Coaching abilities of your Head Coach. Selecting captains for each game, the ability to use a USB Headset to call plays for instance, would be sweet, choosing a gameplan the week before the game where you can work on one certain thing to be better prepeared for your upcoming game (For instance if the team your playing is #1 Pass Offense, work on Pass defense), and maybe even some sort of "pitch" seclection you have to make at halftime to adjust, and get your team back in the game. (Pitch - as in recruiting Location, Prestige, Playing Time, Coaching Style)

I may be wishing for way too much, but I think this would make the game so much more fun. As it is now, I love it. But adding to that with some of these other options could make it so interesting. I can just imagine how my excited I would be to play next year the day I get it with a bunch of new options! I'd be in heaven.

How about hring assistant coaches that give certain players boosts?
ex. You hire a runningbacks coach who gives you a boost in stamina, run power and agility, but lowers the back in speed.
