I went and saw Rush Hour 3 the day it came out (8/10) and was hilarious. I laughed through the whole movie and the action was great. The storyline was similar to the first, and many old characters come back. Out of 10, I give it a 9.7.
Just some advie for some future threads ..... (You did nothing wrong though ... just a precaution)
If you're going to talk about a recent movie that JUST came out or a Football game or something and you plan on givin away the score or talk about the plot .... remember to put *SPOLIER* in your title ...
Although you don't need to in this case because you didn't give away the movie ... I just want to make sure you know in case you talk about an actualy movie or game in the future ....
With that being said I'll probably watch it in theatres ... just not in a rush to go see it yet ...

I want to see it. I probably will soon as soon. It looks really funny, I just need the free time to be able to go and not be too tired to fall asleep in the theater.

I saw it last night...thought it was pretty funny but incredibly dumb and always predictable. I don't wanna give too much away...it made me laugh quite a few times, but as far as actual substance and plot go...its not there.

Seems to me a common problem for all of Jackie Chan movies.

Extremists are like slinkys... Ultimately useless in the grand scheme of things... But still brings a smile to the face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
I saw it tonight and liked the movie...as said before the storyline seemed very similar to the previous ones and parts were predictable (I had a feeling about the identity of the main bad guy from just before he even turned his head/said a word).
There were alot of funny parts though. The scenes upto and including the "burlesque house" were hilarious. Some of Tucker's lines while Jackie was fighting were random, and didn't sound right/fitting though.

At the end of the day, its a Rush Hour movie...They are incredibly stupid, and incredibly lacking of substance and plot. But I will probably see this, as if you dont take it seriously, like the others, Im guessing it will be amusing.

This may be one I just wait to catch on HBO or some channell when it comes out then. I've sen the previous two, and was unsure on whether or not to go see this one... Looks like I'll just wait after reading this thread.

Yeah but...the first two movies are like my favorite movies ever. Idk, I just liked them a lot more and was more impressed by them. They weren't as predictable or stupid to me...I guess because I was a lot younger, LOL.

Yeah, I'm with Short on this, I think I've seen RH's 1 and 2 at least 50 times combined. I loved those movies when I was younger and they're in my Pantheon of funny movies (whether they deserve it or not is arguable, but for nostalgia's sake they're definitely up there). I haven't seen RH3 yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing it soon. I don't have high expectations because I've matured in the past SIX YEARS since the 2nd one came out and because Chris Tucker has literally done nothing since RH2, there must be a reason for that...?

It doesn't matter. RH3 was freakin' hilarious. I literally laughed throughout the entire movie. I even applauded at the end when the "final surprise" came around. However, right from the beginning I knew exactly who the bad guy was. If you've seen either of the first two, you would know as well. But, this ranks among my top favorite movies, with RH1 and RH2.
LIke Queviva said ... 1st two wee great but then again I was young in those days ..... Let's see what they did now ... I'll go watch it this week and see what's the deal

Just saw it and i was pretty surprised at how much i liked it. I would suggest anyone see it because its very amusing and its not stupid or anything of the sort.
I doubt it. It's kinda getting repetitive, even though it was good.
