Activity Percentage and team ownership.
The activity % goes off a two week period. I plan on implementing a system where if your activity level falls below 50% and you are a team owner you get a PM telling you that you have 2 weeks to be above 50% or you will be fired.
This is a notice right now from me. Any owner not over 50% 2 weeks from this post WILL be fired.
To those of you below 50% don't get silly and start spamming. You will be fired if you do that too. Find discussions or start one of your own. It doesn't take much to post 4-5 times a day.

....yeah, as you can tell from my ~20 per day lol. SPAM SPAM lol. No but seriously, I like that idea. Only problem is, what if something comes up (and you are let in on it and know). Are there any viable excuses to not being active?

Vacations or things like that are usually excused if you give notice ahead of time. And depending on your prior activity and a believable explaination, something like a family emergency where you were not able to contact someone for a while may be excused. It depends on the situation.

Alright cool, thanks for the heads up Chaos. Just wondering because my grandma is sick and things aren't going well. I haven't been to active on the PC the last few days but I'm trying to keep active here. If anything happens, I dunno if my activity will fall or not.

If someone is going on vacation they usually notify me and that is excused. The thing is if your activity is high you could be gone from the board for a week before it would get below 50% and then at that point you would have 2 weeks to get it back up.
So if an emergency happened when you came back you would let me know and I would evaluate the situation. In reality in order to lose your team you would have to either be
a) unactive
b) Gone for 3 weeks.
P.S. There is a link in the Navbar to check activity levels so you don't have to spam to check it.

I will be gone for approx 2.5 to 3 weeks in late may/early june for a military exercise...may have access, may not..just thought I'd throw a heads up well in advance.
