1) If you lock you 3rd corner on a guys 1st receiver the third corner DOES NOT come into the game and replace your 1st and 2nd corner. He only will be locked if your D calls a play that brings him in.
2) If you lock a LB on a HB and the HB goes out to wideout the linbacker and the corner will switch spots thus putting the corner in the linebackers spot.
3) If you lock a Safety on a HB and a LB was supposed to be covering the HB the LB will walk out to the safety spot and do his job while the safety walks up and replaces the LB...
4) A man lock will only work if there is a defender in MAN on the Player you have locked a player on in which case the player locked will switch spots with the player in man on that player and do whatever he was supposed to do.

First off, an opinion cannot be wrong....its an OPINION
Ok, good. In my opinion, you're an idiot. Good thing I can't be wrong!
Timothy 2:12
are man locks only for man to man coverage or zones as well(ie Change he defensive play). I always wanted to know if that defensive player would be on that offensive player for man coverage pays or the whole game? What happens if he was suppose to blitz?
Yeah it's a good thing I never wanted to lock a safety on a HB or anything. This is really good info to know.

Yeah I already knew this stuff. This is why I almost never use locks. You will end up with players out of position.
A good example is lets say a team is in a 3 WR set. You have locks on thier top 2 guys. They sub in thier top 2 guys to make sure they are on the same side of the field. They put thier 3rd WR isolated on the other side. You could end up with a linebacker on the isolated side one on one with a WR.
Look at that... I might actually start using locks.
