I just found out that if the game takes a team away because its in the red for to many years in a row that I can't switch it back to a user controlled team.
That means everyone should od there best to make money each year..
I know the following teams are in danger of losing thier teams next year...
Bills
Texans
Rams..
These three teams should try hard to make money this year... one way to help with that is to cut extra players on your roster. If your roster is full and you have an abundance of backups consider cutting a few of the higher priced backups...
If a team switches from User to CPU controlled it will basically screw up the league and we will have tostart a new one.. next time I wont make the mistake of doing owner mode.

The Redskins cap penalty wouldn't have to do with them being in the red. If you get people in the seats, that's how you make most of your money, not by being low in salary cap. Plus, it's not like their penalty would make them lose money from their earnings.

Well this sucks...I'll do my best, but cutting high priced guys means cutting guys with big bonuses...which means I'd be hurting my cap anyway. I'll see what I can do...

What IS said... Just because you made money last year does not mean that since we started the Sim league the years before that were 'peachy'.
And yes Yoda, location could be a factor... But moving costs an awful lot in many cases. Ask Cash.

Advertising can also have a huge effect on your teams income.
I know I asked Cash to set my advertising and such last season. Maybe all owners need to do this?

Moving teams helps if you are in the red, but you have to do it after the first season you are in the red.
I am guessing Cash has already progressed past the part where you have the option to move.
If the league has to end because of these teams doesn't make money I would be on the league ending because you have to win and advertise to get fans in the stands.

If it happens and I want to keep doing a league the option would be a new one using madden 06 and updated rosters... but thats a while from now... lets just try to not have it happen
