The Following players will not be in a 49er uniform next year..
1) Tim Couch QB 84 OVR 95 AWR
2) Ahmed Plummer FS 96 OVR
3) Eric Johnson TE 79 OVR
4) Jeremy Newberry G 93 OVR
These players ratings may cahnge as the 49ers are in the playoffs and there is progression for playoff teams if they make it past the first round
The 49ers are looking to acquire a pick as high in the draft as possible this year, and then picks in next years draft and spot fillers (cheap guys to fill backup holes)

The Texans organization is rumored to be looking to move HB Anthony Thomas (82), LG Chester Pitts (80), 25 year old RE Antwan Peek (85), DT Tony Williams (86), and possibly even MLB/OLB Jamie Sharper (95). The Texans are also ready and willing to move draft picks in this year's and next year's draft.
The Texans are targeting a DE (90+), DT(90+), WR (85+), OT (90+), or OG/C (92+). Houston is not looking to make many moves this offseason, possibly only 1 or 2.
