Ithink posting on other boards is ok, I do it,, have found some good owners that way.. have tofilter though the junk.. maybe a tougher interview approval process.. maybe aminimum amount of posts on the board.. then if they just spam post they don't get a team..

One of the reasons it's better because we try like nobodies business to get good honest owners that don't do that.
Found out that hey, this is a great league. Decided to try to burn the system. So the system burnt you. If you really liked it that much you wouldn't have tried to do what you did. Straight up. So here's what you do...
You pray to whatever god you hold dear that something happens to the server and fries all the info on it. Cash makes a new one, and you come back under a new handle and get a team... The RIGHT way.
Too bad none of that will actually happen guy. Learn from this for future reference in life. |

BFY, I'll try to fill ya in and the rest of the people. I first got notified by Disturbed that those people maybe fishy. Cause they typed the same and the trades were horrendous. I thought ya know, something isn't right about this. So I went into the mod control panel and saw that they all were from the same IP address. Now that doesn't prove anything cause they can be friend and log on the same computer. But still, it was right. So I told Cash and he confirmed it was the same IP. That's how it all started. And the rest they say....is Bertha History!!!!
Mad ups Disturbed for bringing this to our attention!

is this something that is checked on a regular basis?
if it happened once...it could happen again...
i hate a Liar and a cheater worse than anything in the world
id rather go 0-16 than have to cheat to win
just my 2 cents...im sure Cash and the Mods will be on the lookout for this in the future...but perhaps all the owners should be watching as well...
it couldnt hurt to point out a situation that looks fishy...

All 3 teams were asking me for Kyle Boller and Cedric Houston. They all kept making offers over and over. After I made the one trade to Leinhart I started looking back through my AIM conversations with each one. They typing styles were almost identical. What I mean by styles is how some people spell certain words or how others might use ... over and over, or how I use the word anyways A lot. Stuff like that.
Anyways, Swoosh and I talk a good bit in IMs and we got to talking about the trades. It kinda bothered me because I didn't want the Bengals to be destroyed like they were. I prefer better competition. Anyways, I then suggested to Swoosh that I thought it was the same person who was controlling each of the teams. Im glad the mods were able to find out that something was not right and get rid of these owners.
This IM totally made me laugh though. I guess he really did want to come back, but I don't understand why he thought the Raiders were open. I guess everyone won't work out. Atleast we got rid of him now before he could do too much damage.
