Chicago Bears Franchise!
i want to bring the Monsters of the Midway back to where they were in 1985.
Here's a list of the moves i want to do:
1. trade thomas jones & future pick to whoever picks kevin jones str8 up! (kevin has got to be as good now as thomas jones is)
2.trade mike green and 3rd pick for the rights to sean taylor (ss from university of miami)
3.trade david terrell to buffalo for willie mcgahee
4. trade my 14th pick and A-train to move up and take Kellen Winslow or Mike Williams
5. trade Marty Booker for Dwyane Robertson (DT from the Jets who we were gonna pick last year anyway)
6. draft another wr in the 2nd round.
Let me know is that too much wheeling and dealing. I figure i'd address the problem and wr, dt, rb as well as helping in the 2ndary

Wow, that is a lot of trades. That all sounds great but then there is always that sad thing called reality. With the Salary Cap and future cap hits, to get all those first rounders and players under contract, that could be a huge money hit. But great idea! I happen to like the Bears a little and would like to see them do well with Lovie Smith.

I assume you're talking about the Mike Williams from USC At first, I thought you were talking about what you want the real Chicago Bears franchise to do, btu I am thinking this is obviously yoru Madden Franchise, hehe. Have you played a full season and are now in the offseason? Also, Kellen Winslow and Mike Williams declared themselves for the draft in your NCAA? I am just trying to get things straight lol
But if I had to choose, I'd go with Mike Williams. Quick route runners with awesome catching abilities and speed are a rare find at a position demanded heavily by teams. Winslow is a good Tight End but unless your TE is gonna be a huge part of your offense, you should go after the receiver.
And I'm assuming you like the Bears, hehe... well, they just beat me in my Franchise. Oh, lucky, lucky Bears. :rolleyes2

kellen winslow is a beast. this kid gets like 87 speed....he automaticly becomes the best TE in the game within 3 years. then again, my tight ends are most of my offense when i play.

id like to make the TE apart of the offense. We haven't had a decent TE since Mike Ditka. I'd be happy with either one of them. Sorry to hear how my beloved Bears did your Texans.

If you are going to make the Tight-End your number one, or even number two option in the passing game, then definately go after Kellen Winslow. Sign him to a long term contract at a cheap price for the best product

Jeremy Shockey will soon take the reputation of being the best TE in the league away from Gonzales. The kid is like 23. Once he fully develops, he'll be unstoppable!
