I definately spend a couple days in the offseason. I plan out everything and do my best to stay under $5.00M with the cap, so I even force myself to let people go.

Yeah, I agree. I sometimes just simulate a season so I can do the offseason. I especially like training camp and the draft.

it pretty cool when you draft a sleeper in the 3rd or 4th round then after training camp, preseason and season to watch him go from 69 or 71 to an 80 in one season. I've seen it happen.

You don't do training camp?! Every year I get my players to go up several progression points in training camp. Man, you're missing out on a lot of stuff if you don't do training camp.
