Yeah...its really complicated and I don't remember how and I've never tried it. It has something to do with spawning games, and then uploading them to your EA locker.

You could do it, but it would be so long winded its untrue...Youd have to play all the games as Exhibitions, and then make the playoff picture and do that...Of course there would be no draft, unless all owners did it on one game or something where they picked up the guys they wanted like a normal draft...But after all that time and effort, the XBOX 360 will be out with the real feature. So Id suggest waiting...
