performance institution (Improve stats?)
Hey, i drafted my guy as a running back from ncaa football and got an agent that gave me the performance institute. I run the plays and add the points to my guy but the points dont stay. I have to gain them back the next week.
How do i perminantly improve my players stats?

the institute is only a weekly boast. Training Camp will give you a boost but your ratings remain depending on your performance in the game.

I think it automatically puts your guy in the training camp play and if you don't i guess it doesn't matter you just won't boost his ratings at all, thats it.
