well, i decided to restart my eagles franchise, which was in year 9, and try out one posting here. I skipped the preseason, am playing 10 minute quarters on all pro, and am using custom defensive and offensive playbooks. Also, no trading during the preseason, from me anyway. I'll only trade if its a need.
First Game

You know those games where every part of your game is excellent, except for one? And that one is eating at you from the inside? My running game was terrible!!! The giants didnt score a single offensive touchdown, and ddint intercept a single pass. But three fumbles from Brian Westbrook, all from inside the ten yard line, resulted in 2 touchdown returns and one safety, after Westbrook fumbled on the two, and Tra Thomas fell on it in the endzone. McNabb was on fire today, as was Terrell Owens. So it looks like even with no run game, i might have a chance.

Michael Strahan, Will Allen returned fumbles for TDs.
After this game, I traded Westbrook, Buckhalter and my third round pick for Travis Henry. I want to trade as little as possible, but i needed someone who wouldnt cost me 16 points, lol.
Weird. I have used Westbrook before in a franchise and online at times and he doesn't fumble too that extent. I think he may have fumbled 2 or 3 times in the last 30+ games online.

Same here, Westbrook usually never fumbles for me..Actually I can only remember 2 times over my EA online Career in which Westbrook has fumbled for me, but 1 was a key fumble, in which lost the game for me...Damn him in that game, lol
Well, I ran a whole lot better, just not with Travis Henry. Of course, with my luck, he gets hurt on the third play of the game. Out 8 weeks with a broken hand. However, Reno Mahe and McNabb combined for 213 yards rushing on the day, and 3 touchdowns. This game was all about scoring, though. 14-7 after the first, with minnesota up, 24-21 at the half, with me leading, 35-35 at the third quarter, and the fourth quarter finished 49-49. My defense was just terrible, Michael Bennet ran like a madman, and I all in all survived based on the new best hookup in the league, Donavan to T.O. The game finished 52-49, me winning, after an awesome Freddie Mitchell kick return set up a 38 yard field goal from Akers to win the game.

After this game, I decided to trade for another RB, sending a second round pick this year and a 4th next for Onterrio Smith. Woopie. Im not doing this every week, so no more problems hopefully. Will finish game three sooner hopefully.
I have an Xbox, dont have live yet because im waiting for internet... it sucks when your stepfather sells your xbox for cigarette money, you know? i just now bought a new one, lol
